The ideal beach hideaway is waiting for you at KOKOMO. This bright, cavernous home was freshly remodeled from top to bottom with new bespoke cabinets, quartz countertops, and bespoke floor on all three levels. It has 5 master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, new carpeting, high definition (HD) cable TV with many streaming options, and USB outlets for charging devices. There are also 2 newly modernized half baths on the top and ground floors.

KOKOMO features a handsome new designer kitchen with bespoke cabinets, premium quartz countertops, modern glass tile backsplash, and under-cabinet LED lighting. The two-level kitchen island provides additional counter seating and includes a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling receptacles. The new GE Profile range has convection and air fry options, and the 28 cubic foot side-by-side refrigerator/freezer has ice and water in the door and accelerated ice production.

This well-equipped kitchen also includes tons of extras for the prepare in the family, including waffle makers, electric double griddles, double toaster, 2 coffee makers (one that uses coffee pods), blender, egg poacher, electric hand mixer, huge roasting pan, giant crab pot, casseroles, and bakeware.

KOKOMO has two freshly refreshed recreation rooms, each with a wet bar and bespoke cabinets, quartz countertops, new floor, and USB outlets. The ground-level rec room has a 7-foot pool table, GE French-Door Fridge, HD TV, and card/game table with chairs. The mid-level sports bar/den has a professional foosball table, 2 HD TVs, and a GE Profile Beverage Center with precise temperature controls and flexible shelving for wine, beer, and other beverages. There is also a constructed-in desk with USB ports, WIFI and internet connection.

Conveniences include an elevator, private heated pool,* hot tub, Tiki bar, outdoor shower, 4 decks (2 with constructed-in benches and 1 with rocking chairs), a giant fenced backyard with sand volleyball court, gas BBQ grille, and charcoal picnic grille.

Other amenities include a sizable capacity washer and dryer with sanitizing steam features, a fireplace, 9 HD TVs, surround sound, Blu-ray DVD players, library of books and DVDs, and a closet filled with board games and puzzles for hours of family fun.

KOKOMO also offers complimentary WIFI and complimentary long-distance calling in the U.S. and to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands. In addition, KOKOMO offers COMPLIMENTARY POOL HEAT in the shoulder season. NOTE: Free pool heat is only offered in May, the first week of June, September, and October upon request and in accordance with Oceanside Vacations pool service opening and closing dates. Pool heat must be requested one week prior to arrival or a charge may be incurred.

This charmingly landscaped and decorated home is centrally located in the fashionable OLD NAGS HEAD PLACE neighborhood (Milepost 11.5) and is a short 2-block walk using the community walkway to the Curlew Street beach access. Public parking is also available at this access.

Nearby there are numerous eateries, great shopping, including the Tanger Outlet Mall, fishing piers, golf courses, mini-golf and other family entertainment venues. Jockey's Ridge State Park is a few blocks away and features the tallest natural sand dune on the Atlantic Coast. It is also a favorite spot to fly a kite, learn to hang glide, or watch spectacular sunsets over Roanoke Sound.
