Sunset Sound - the name says it all! This waterfront condo in The Landings at Sugar Creek is the ideal place to appreciate the amazing sunsets from the OBX. Overlooking the Roanoke Sound, savor marvelous vistas that you'll never forget from the private balcony. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and is entirely equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals on your Outer Banks vacation. It connects seamlessly with the open-concept living area where you can relax, watch movies or play games, or simply plan your next days adventures. Guests will also have access to the community pool with outdoor showers and bathroom. There's a community pier that provides direct, private access to the sound for crabbing, kayaking, or windsurfing. When you arrive, skip the stairs and use the building elevator to send up your bags and groceries.

Nearby are great local eateries, shopping, and many family attractions including Jennette's Pier, Jockey's Ridge, and Bodie Island Lighthouse. When to visit & When to reserve a Nags Head rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Nags Head. To get the best rental within your budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Nags Head attractions.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
