  • In the Nags Head area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.

Book your Nags Head rental property in Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent time? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
