This two-bed, two-bath condo features a well-equipped kitchen, filtered drinking water (no bottled water necessary!), in-unit washer and dryer, cable (in living area and master bedroom, second bedroom has DVD player), WiFi, and three flat-screen TVs. Appreciate spending time on the cavernous 24`x6` porch with striking vistas of the sound in the distance and a peak at the ocean.
Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are supplied.
The property offers painless beach access, outdoor grilles, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season) and a kids's play area.
Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a suitcases lift in the building.
