Perfectly located on the oceanfront in Nags Head, this impressive bespoke-constructed 9-bedroom home offers private beach access, huge decks and a striking pool and hot tub for calming after beach time.

The owner has spared no expense on the luxury-style furnishings and top of the line finishes planned throughout. Guests will appreciate their own cavernous bedrooms, 8 in total, but also appreciate the beautiful common living spaces and their comfortable gathering areas that fit the whole family. The kitchen features top of the line appliances, and the dining space invites everybody for what was deliciously prepped there. And don't worry about carrying your groceries up 3 flights of stairs--there is an elevator that services each floor and starts at the second level. The home will have you in awe of its beauty, with ocean vistas right outside its windows to ideally complement the coastal decor. Unwind in peaceful, soundproofed rooms inside or listen to the ocean as the waves crash down onto the shore.

Designed with convenience and comfort in mind, everybody will appreciate their accommodations and gorgeous vistas. The first level is home to two King En Suites, as well as a den with a king sized bed and private bath. On the home's second level you will find three King En Suites as well as one bunk bedroom that includes 2 sets of Twin over Full bunk beds. Two additional King En Suites reside on the third level.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

**For your safety and security, the entrance and back yard to this home are monitored by cameras. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our home rules and additional charges may apply.**
