Exploring the OBX: Whether you're getting ready for a day of exploring the close by attractions or winding down after a fun-filled day at the beach, you'll have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Located near local attractions and places to eat, there is something for everybody while visiting the Outer Banks. Take a trip to the actual Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, which is one of the most iconic and well-known lighthouses in the United States! The lighthouse is open to visitors, and you can climb to the top to appreciate impressive vistas of the surrounding area.

Beach Access: Just a fast drive or short walk from the home! Head south on Virginia Dare Trail until you reach East Dowitcher where you can park and safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at a Pedestrian crosswalk. Beach access is located at E. Modest Street, which is just a few homes north.

In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
