The showcase of this home is the outdoor living space. As you pull up, you'll immediately notice the Pirate Ship Playground in the front yard where your kids will want to spend hours playing and soaking in the fresh air. While the kids imagine sailing the open seas, prepare up some burgers and hot dogs in the charcoal park grille and then appreciate alfresco dining at the picnic table in the gazebo! There is also a covered sand play area with plenty of toys. Appreciate multiple levels of decks and screened-in porches in the front and back of the home. From the crow's nest, breathe in the fresh ocean air as you watch the sun rise over the Atlantic every morning. In the evening, turn your chairs west for a partial view of the Bodie Island Lighthouse and beautiful sunsets. When it's time to rest for the evening, sleep well in one of two comfortable Queen bedrooms, one with access to the screened-in porch and one with access to the deck. There are also two bedrooms designed for the kids with one containing 2 Twin Beds with deck access and the other featuring a Pyramid Bunk Bed with deck access.
