Located between the house and the fence that surrounds the pool is a hot tub to end each evening relaxing in. A gate door from the pool fence leads to a shared set of steps that take you onto the dune and towards what everyone visits the area for - the beach! Being only a half mile down the street from Jennette's Pier means walking around the exhibit or dropping a fishing line into the ocean is easy as can be. Through the fence is a 24x12 private pool, poolside seating, a gas grill and charcoal grill, and a picnic table. A gate door from the pool area exits to a common area between Whitecaps and the neighboring house. They share a set of steps that is a beach access that leads straight onto the sandy beach of Nags Head. The great room has an L-shaped sectional and loveseat facing a flatscreen TV. The kitchen offers a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, electric oven/stovetop, two coffee makers (standard and Keurig), and a peninsula island with seating on the opposite side. The dining area has two large tables with seating for many. A centrally positioned sliding glass door opens to a sundeck lined with Adirondack chairs that looks out to the ocean for as far as one can see. This deck is the optimal spot to sit in the early morning hours to watch the sun rise over the horizon. If you're looking in the right places, you'll likely see dolphins off in the distance. A king bedroom is on the west end of the top floor and has a flatscreen TV and a shared bath that is also accessible from the hallway for those spending time on this level.
