The community beach access is located next to this home so you are just steps away from the beach and ocean. The great room's wall of windows set this home apart offering ocean vistas from the living area and a bright and airy ambiance. Comfy seating, a flat-screen TV, and dining space make it ideal for everybody to gather for some delicious meals and movie time after an adventurous day. Start and end each day on the broad sun deck appreciating your morning coffee watching the sunrise and completing the day under the star-filled sky by calming in the hot tub. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
