Perfectly suited for a modest family or couple's hideaway, you will find the amenities of home while being centrally located, with the walk to the beach or the soundfront only being a short distance away. Savor a king en-suite on the top level, equipped with a shower and deck access, you'll be able to appreciate the vistas from your own private while drinking your morning coffee. The mid-level offers a full queen bed and a pyramid bunk bed, comfortable for both adults and kids-alike.

Visiting Nags Head: Sandy T'z is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood where you can walk, bicycle, and run. For the golfers in the group, you are within walking distance of the Nags Head Golf Links and in season savor the Village Beach Club which offers an oceanfront pool and tennis courts. Centrally located you will find it painless to venture out to some great local eateries, local stores and many of the Outer Banks attractions that you will want to check off of your bucket list!

Beach Access: Just a fast drive to the beach! Turn right out of the driveway to the traffic light to safely cross Highway 158. Continue 1 block to the Village Beach Club access.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
