You'll be placed in the prime location for some exceptional rest and relaxation, just a short drive away from a plethora of impressive local hotspots. Come visit the famed sand dunes of Jockey's Ridge State Park for a variety of fun-filled activities, like hang gliding, picnicking, hiking, and many more. Head on down to the coast and take a handsome walk with your family along the boardwalk of Jennette's Pier. Take a deep breath of the ocean breeze and listen to the peaceful waves crashing against the shore.

Once you've had enough exploration for the day, come on back to your vacation rental and settle down on the couches in the wide and roomy living room, adorned with a pacific blue marlin hanging on the wall and plenty of welcoming signs all through the room. Step out onto the patio and gaze out at the beautiful view as you sip on a nice morning cup of coffee. When to reserve a Nags Head rental & When to go:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Nags Head area. To get the best rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.
