Mi Casa, Su Casa is attractively located just a short distance from the beach, accepting you to comfortably savor the sand, surf, and sun. Spend your days building sandcastles, swimming in the ocean, or simply taking peaceful walks in the sand.

As your reach the top floor of the home, you are immediately greeted by the cavernous and airy living area, elegantly decorated with coastal-inspired furnishings and huge decks with plenty of seating to appreciate the salt air and glimpses of the ocean. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and entirely equipped kitchen, creating the ideal space for socializing and entertaining. Windows fill the room with natural light and offer gorgeous vistas of the surrounding landscape. Mi Casa, Su Casa offers five well-appointed bedrooms, each providing a ideal spot for rest and relaxation. The top level master bedroom features a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and shower. The remaining bedrooms offer a mix of an additional king, two queens and pyramid bunk bed, ensuring comfortable accommodations for everybody.

Beach Access: Just a fast trip from the home! Safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at Bainbridge Street to access beach. Access has a paved parking lot and wooden walk way to effortlessly cross over dunes. Located right next to the Nags Head Fishing Pier.

Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
