Spend your days building sandcastles, swimming in the ocean, or simply taking peaceful walks in the sand.

As your reach the top floor of the home, you are immediately greeted by the roomy and airy living area, elegantly decorated with coastal-inspired furnishings and enormous decks with plenty of seating to savor the salt air and glimpses of the ocean. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and completely equipped kitchen, creating the ideal space for socializing and entertaining. Windows fill the room with natural light and offer beautiful vistas of the surrounding landscape. Mi Casa, Su Casa offers five well-appointed bedrooms, each providing a ideal spot for rest and relaxation. Beach Access: Just a fast trip from the home! Safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at Bainbridge Street to access beach. Access has a paved parking lot and wooden walk way to comfortably cross over dunes. Located right next to the Nags Head Fishing Pier.

Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
