Salada Sea Breeze is located in the beautiful Oceanside area of Nags Head. This 4-bedroom getaway is the ideal holiday destination for families, couples, and friends alike. Sitting on the sun deck, you can take in the salty air while appreciating your morning coffee or evening beverages. The roomy great room welcomes you with plenty of seating space, plenty of light streaming through the windows and doors, and simple access to the sun deck. You can also find a queen bedroom with a private bath and a king bedroom with a semi-private bath, and two additional bedrooms, making this home ideal for multiple groups of people. Savor a game of stick hockey or your favorite movies in the lower-level den. After a day of fun at the beach which is only a 5-min. walk away, you can wash off in the enclosed outside shower before heading out to indulge in some delicious local cuisine and shopping. And if you're craving adventure, you have plenty of outdoor activities just a stone's throw away.

Beach Access: Just a five min. walk to the Bladen Street public beach access! Head east on Crocker Rd, take a left on Wrightsville Ave and then a quick right onto Bladen Street. Safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at the pedestrian crosswalk to access beach. Access has a paved parking lot for those travelling by car, portable bathrooms and outdoor showers for rinsing off before heading home.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
