Convenient beach access is approximately 600 feet away across Rte. 12 (the beach road). With six bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax at the end of the day. Enjoy the sunrise from the ocean-facing decks while sipping your morning coffee. In the evenings, gather on the back decks overlooking the private pool.Step in off the deck into the top level, where you'll find a spacious living area and expansive kitchen with two dining tables and high top bar seating. The mid level features three en suites and an additional bedroom, each with a TV and direct deck access, and a full hall bath. The final two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and share a Jack & Jill bath. The recreation room with pool table and arcade machine provides a retreat when you need a break from the sun. Step in from the pool to prep lunch at the kitchenette or grab a cold drink from the full-size refrigerator. This home is centrally located, which means you are close to shopping, entertainment, sightseeing, and everything the Outer Banks has to offer. Located near 405-C which is perfect for large family gatherings. Pool available 2nd week in May through the 2nd week in October, Hot tub available year-round!The pool does not have lights. Please be mindful of this at night. Please note: The fireplace is not available for guest use, and the volleyball net pictured has been removed. Sheets and Towels are not provided but can be added to any reservation, for a fee.
